The ChromaLink™ Biotin Labeling Kit includes everything you need to biotinylate your antibody: buffers, spin columns, and an easy-to- follow protocol. With the ChromaLink™ Biotin Labeling Kit, you can biotinylate and purify up to 5 antibodies or proteins ranging in molecular weight from 20–200 kDa from as little as 25 µg to as much as 1 mg in about 2.5 hours. The resulting biotinylated antibody is ready for binding to streptavidin.
